Work Teams
We arrange work teams to Guatemala every month from January - October for one-week trips. Typical Team activities may include construction, painting, house cleaning, yard work, child care, or any other activities which will improve the children's living situation. People of all ages are welcome on the teams. We have scheduled dates that you can join, or, if you have a group of 10 or more, that would like to go on a work team, we can work with you to arrange a date that may work better for you. Work teams are housed at a mission complex and transported to their work projects on a daily basis. The average cost for a one week trip with airfare ranges from $1,000 to $1,500. One of our board members travels with the team and is in charge of that team. All work is prearranged before travel.

Short Term Volunteers

- 18 years of age or older
